I’m Gilly, and training to be a qiqong teacher. If you haven’t heard of qiqong, it’s a system of moving meditation and exercise based on the principles of Chinese medicine. Qiqong is more than just exercise – it’s a way of life – so under its general umbrella I write about nature, philosophy, psychology, art, health, and many other things.
